The Beginners’ Bridge is progressing slowly. There is a glimmer at the end of the tunnel for some, but unfortunately one player has decided that it is not for her, so the table is now down to three. If there is someone who has a limited knowledge of the game and would like to progress and is willing to have a go, please give me a ring. It is much easier with four, for the practice sessions. Our June U3A Bridge comprised three tables with the numbers made up with a couple of guests. It was a most pleasant afternoon. July meetings are 5th and 19th at 2pm.
