PHILOSOPHY
The Philosophy Group meetings will be held on the 4th Friday of each month under the leadership of Terence Hopkins, with Eric as host. Terry Hopkins gave us a most interesting introduction to the subject of Philosophy. He has suggested that we purchase a book called “What Does it all Mean?” by Thomas Nagel. It costs £5 from Amazon and is an excellent introduction and a starter from which we can all learn. I can help with the purchase on the internet. We will be on holiday in September, but we will meet again on Wednesday 27 October at 2 pm. |
